Family Time
ByI had a better afternoon than morning. Visited Orana Park with the Auckland family. I was still sore from yesterday and was pretty slow and limpy but refused a wheelchair, took the opportunity to rest at every seat and got some amazing close encounters including hand feeding Kea and photos from reaching distance of some White Rhino. Thanks to my friend Tash who works there as a keeper for donating some of her free tickets to us (it’s $24 for an adult entry so saved us heaps!) and providing peanuts for the Keas!! It poured with rain for most of the day but we still had a great time!
