		<description>I hope you make it to the bike race!!  I&#039;ll keep my fingers crossed for you, it&#039;s a good goal either way.  But don&#039;t overdo it.  I asked my PT this week if I would be able to snowboard at three months and she said probably!! I have found those plateaus come and go every couple of weeks.  For me, after things settled down a bit, all the pre &amp; post-op buzz wears off.  I hit a wall emotionally a couple of times.  You push through it.  Every now and then you have a day and think, &quot;hey, I&#039;m getting a lot better&quot;.

I sat with my legs crossed on the floor tonight.  First time.  Amazing.

Good luck!!  Can&#039;t wait to see and hear about your first time back on the bike.
