		<description>Thanks for the good wishes and reassurance Vanessa.  I am so looking forward to having this done so I can start the new year afresh!  I wish I had control over the nervousness but I guess that will be gone when I wake up postop lol</description>

		<description>Good Luck Jessica!!  Definately shoo the nerves away, but I did the same thing. You will feel so relieved just to be doing something proactive.  Just take it really, really easy the first few weeks not to compromise anything, but keep moving!  I started my pt the next day and did it every single day without fail.  Honestly, it helped relieve the pain because the stiffness is the worst.  Also, I kept ice and compression constantly and that helped a lot too.  

 And keep in mind that it is not an overnight fix.  Don&#039;t let the achiness and sharp pains, popping, etc freak you out, it&#039;s normal and it will get better.  Recovery is baby steps, but when you get a chance to look back over time, you can see the progress and that is uplifting.
